    Implementation of "DORA"

    Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA") carried out by EEX AG and EEX for Customer Agreements

    The Digital Operational Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, “DORA”) is an EU regulation effective on 17 January 2025, which aims to strengthen the resilience, reliability, and continuity of financial services across the European Union. DORA was designed to ensure that organisations can withstand, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents. 

     

    On our dedicated DORA website, we provide responses to frequently asked questions (“FAQs”) with respect to the relationship between customers (in their role as Financial Entity) and EEX Group (in its role as ICT Third Party Service Provider, where applicable) as well as support for those customers who are affected by the DORA regulation in order to become compliant.
