Acting as the Central Competent Authority (CCA) pursuant to Article 57 paragraph 6 of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) today published on its website spot month position limits and other months position limits for TTF natural gas derivatives contracts, including the physically settled natural gas derivatives contracts listed on European Energy Exchange.
The position limits will apply as of 2 July 2024. The position limits and other relevant information can be found on the website of AFM.
Position limit exemptions can be requested with AFM.
