ECC responded on five ESMA consultations on CCP Recovery & Resolution (RTS on Second Skin in the Game, Recovery & Resolution Plans, Indicators and Factors and Early Intervention Measures). ECC warns of an overly prescriptive approach and recommend that CCPs have some flexibility in its recovery plans, in addition ECC is warning of a tough timeline for implementation as CCP R&R finally will enter into force in February 2022.
