in its press release from 22 April 2024, Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE) has announced the launch of their own program to compensate volume provision on the THE Virtual Trading Point for the period 1 July 2024 to 1 July 2025 (“THE Market Making tender”).
All trading participants with a THE shipper code license are invited to participate. Detailed information regarding this “THE Market Making tender” as well as the tender process can be found here.
In the context of this THE initiative, EEX is pleased to support all respective tender winning companies who are admitted to trading THE gas futures at EEX in fulfilling their reporting requirement. Upon participant request, EEX carries out transaction reporting in all relevant THE futures towards THE. Consequently, all relevant THE transactions that will be concluded in EEX order books and/or broker transactions registered at EEX for OTC clearing, can be fully reported by EEX on behalf of the trading participant and without extra costs in the required granularity and frequency.
