In the form of statutes, the Exchange Rules contain the essential rules for the organisation of the exchange, the tasks of its boards and bodies as well as the preconditions for access to trading.

EEX Trade Registration Rules / EEX Trade Registration Regelungen
The Trade Registration Rules specify the conditions for the registration of trades via the EEX Trade Registration function.
The Trade Registration Rules have been repealed and their provisions have been incorporated into the EEX Trading Conditions.

Code of Conduct
In addition, EEX has a Code of Conduct which follows the basic principle of joint responsibility of EEX and its participants for a fair and transparent energy market and comprises the rules of conduct for the exchange, its trading participants and exchange traders in order to strengthen the confidence which the market and the public have in the EEX markets.
Die EEX verfügt zusätzlich über einen Code of Conduct, der dem Grundprinzip der gemeinsamen Verantwortung der EEX und ihrer Teilnehmer für einen fairen und transparenten Energiemarkt folgt und Verhaltensregeln für die Börse, ihre Börsenteilnehmer und Börsenhändler zur Stärkung des Vertrauens des Marktes und der Öffentlichkeit in die Märkte der EEX enthält.
