    Nodal Exchange is a derivatives exchange providing price, credit and liquidity risk management solutions to participants in the North American commodities markets.

    As part of EEX Group, Nodal Exchange is a leader in innovation, having introduced the largest set of electric power locational (nodal) futures and options contracts and the largest set of environmental futures andoptions contracts in the world, while also offering natural gas contracts.​

    European Commodity Clearing (ECC) is a central clearing house which specialises in energy and commodity products. ECC assumes the counterparty risk and guarantees the physical and financial settlement of transactions, providing security and cross-margining benefits for its customers.

    As part of EEX Group, ECC provides clearing services for EEX, EEX Asia and EPEX SPOT and for the partner exchanges HUPX, HUDEX, NOREXECO, SEEPEX and SEMOpx.

    Nodal Clear is a clearing house providing central counterparty clearing services for Nodal Exchange and Coinbase Derivatives. Through the novation process, the clearing house becomes the buyer to every seller and the seller to every buyer, significantly reducing the credit risk exposure of market participants.

    Nodal Clear’s strong risk management practices create a sound market infrastructure for trading. Nodal Clear employs a tailored portfolio margining methodology that appropriately margins all contracts and provides capital efficiencies to market participants.

    Nodal Clear is a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) pursuant to the Commodity Exchange Act and is regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

    Grexel is the leading energy certificate registry provider in Europe headquartered in Helsinki with an annual transaction volume of over one billion MWh. The registries are used by over ten thousand active account holders.

    GET Baltic is a licensed natural gas market operator with the Registered Reporting Entity (RRM) status granted by ACER.
